ONLINE EVENTS BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS
You can easily and quickly book one of our online lectures and virtual tours.
You may pay using your credit card or Paypal account. All payments are securely and safely processed either through Stripe or Paypal, which offer high end-to-end encryption making sure that all your data, including your personal details and credit card details are protected and remain invisible even to us.
This page will guide you through the steps to make a successful booking.
CHOOSING A LECTURE
Choose a lecture by clicking on one of the photos or the description of the lecture you would like to book, which you can find in our Home Page or the Lectures Page.
The link will take you to the selected lecture's individual page where you will find its description, all the relevant details, and where you can proceed with the booking.
Click on the "Book Now" button to proceed. You will find the button on the top right of the page, or at the end of the description at the bottom of the page.
You are now in the Cart page which shows all the lectures you have selected. You can decide to remove a lecture by click on the red X on the left of each title.
To proceed, click onthe button "Proceed to checkout" at the bottom of the cart page.
If you would like to add more lectures to the cart, you can choose instead to go back with "Return to Lectures" button on the top right corner of the page.
You can also set your preferred currency in either £Pound Sterling or €Euros.
You have reached the final step of the booking process, the Checkout Page.
You will need to fill in your billing details for the debit or credit card used, and the Attendee details, which can be the same if you're purchasing a ticket for yourself, or the name and email address of someone else if you're making a purchase for a different person.
Boxes with a red mark must be filled in.
You can choose to pay using either your credit card or Paypal if you have a paypal account. Both systems are safe, secure and fully encrypted so you don't have to worry about your personal data being misused.
Once you have placed your order you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and the ticket for the event, which looks like the image shown.
You will find the link to the Zoom meeting at the end of the ticket. Keep it safe as you will need it in order to access the Zoom meeting.
You will also receive regular notifications to remind you of the event and a link to access the Zoom meeting.

RETURN TO CART
You can always return to the cart if you have added a lecture by clicking on the link that will appear in the top menu when you have added an item.
If the link is not visible, it means the cart is still empty.
